Plugin doesn't appear in DAW:
1. Verify files are in the correct directories
2. Check file permissions (should be readable)
3. Rescan plugins in your DAW preferences
4. Restart your DAW completely

macOS says the plugin is "damaged" or blocks it:
This is the Gatekeeper quarantine flag added to downloaded files.
Open Terminal and run:

  sudo xattr -cr "/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Bonfire.component"
Then restart your DAW.

Logic Pro / GarageBand doesn't show Bonfire (Audio Unit):
1. Open Terminal and run: killall -9 AudioComponentRegistrar
2. Reopen Logic, go to Settings > Plug-in Manager
3. Search for "Bonfire" and click "Reset & Rescan Selection"

Audio issues:
1. Check input/output meters are responding
